Where are you putting your fuel cell at?Hey, who's dumb idea was it to get a 25gal fuel? (it was me)

More weight behind the axle the better. 25 gallons in a pre-runner isn't a lot of fuel when you are gettin it for a while. I'm planning on 32 gal behind the axle.
What does that have to do with anything? He's 4wd.

I forget you Tacoma guys associate "Pre-Runner" with a 2wd 6 lug Tacoma instead of an actual Pre-RunnerBecause you said 25g tank in a Prerunner isn't a lot of fuel. My mind automatically goes to 2wd.
it will be mounted as far back as possible, behind the axle. they have someone coming down to laserscan the frame and build a lasercut frame and cage for it. It will likely be a kit available soon. CARB compliant.Where are you putting your fuel cell at?

the one that you can twist and bend by hand? yup.Good chance to get rid of that fugly oem x brace
Its actually not that twisty. Tim at DMZ says to leave it in there unless it absolutely needs to come out. When I bought the SUA from him I told him I was gonna take it out....he asked why?? I told him because its weak and flimsy.....he then schooled me about it...so in it stays until I have reason to take it out.the one that you can twist and bend by hand? yup.
its in the way of the new fuel tank and there is a custom cage and frame being made for it. WAY stronger than the recycled microwave and rebar that brace is made from. Its actually not that twisty.
