Just a progression, some camping stuff, snow stuff, and Baja stuff.
No stock pics but this was the first setup. Used 6112’s and some dirt king uppers. Honestly for the money it was the best setup. Getting airborne killed the bilsteins tho. Wheelers 1.5” rear springs and fox 2.0 for a super budget plush ride.

Did the unthinkable and added s2 sports behind the grille for a sweet raptard look. Does look sweet in the snow tho so there’s that. Built that camping trailer as well. We used the shit outta it. Onboard power that ran a water pump, lights, and setup for a fridge. Also charged through the 7 pin, had trailer brakes, a battery tender etc. was a lot of fun to build and made camping easier. Sold it for 6k after abusing it for a few seasons.

the snow camping pic was a cold weekend. Temps were in the single digits at night. Everything froze solid. We got stuck in some ice that was under a foot of snow. So getting out consisted of unhooking the trailer and swinging it around. Than jacking up the Toyota and using firewood as recovery boards. Lol

Baja prep. This is from the last 8 months or so. Swapped to kings all around. Added king bumps and the TC weld on mounts. I thought I had pics of the bumps but idk what happened. I ended up having 454motorsports re-weld one mount for me as the weld cracked

Baja designs xl pro setup. Rago fab behind the grille mounts and made my own mounts to come to the front of the grille. It works but man it rattles. Using a extruded aluminum bar from tnutz. I ended up getting an anodized black one.

Lay out for the roof rack crap for Baja trip. Worked great. It’s the og prinsu rack that requires drilling for the front mounts. We’ve had that since 2017.

OMG WHEEL SPACERS

new coopers. Run them on my f250 and loved them so we put them on the Toyota as well. Zero chunking out from the Baja trip btw (80

Baja pics. Swapping rear springs to accommodate weight. Little touch up from a side swipe in Baja.
Tyt radio worked great. I think I’m all in less than $200 for radio and antennae

Uncropped photos for @kasnerd to be triggered by

got a vivid racing tune the other day as well. And am looking at the URD y pipe to swap in.

:rofl:is it that obvious? crooked, uncropped pics are better than no pics, keep em coming.

that’s pretty much it. I mean I have tons of camping pics but they’re all the same. The last year my phone camera sucked so I kinda didn’t take many pictures. I’m hoping to add to the front this year. Idk if it’ll be secondary shocks or king bumps or what.

Oh. Btw it’s a 2016 trail with the kdss. If you know 5th gen potato owners you know how big of a debate the kdss option is :eyeroll: it handles like a car on the highway. It’s pretty awesome. The wife dailies it and wants to keep it for a decade minimum. We paid it off a few months ago too so mod money should add up sooner lol

Alright yolo. Bought the URD y pipe. $600 ain’t cheap but it’s just money I’ll make more. Peak gains are minimal but mid range gains on the dyno show 20hp. That’s some decent throttle response for daily driving.

URD y pipe will be here Monday. Today I wrapped up my work early and went to the muffler shop and had the magnaflow installed. It’s the 12586 version. Idk if I’ll keep it on. Once the y pipe goes on we will see. V6’s suck. And I knew this but still had hoped for a decent sound.

I've been lagging on a new exhaust set up. My muffler is crunched and has holes in it. Figured I'd just do a catback setup if I'm doing just the muffler. Probably finish soundproofing everything first though.

Cat backs are a waste imo. Just swap mufflers and cut the exhaust over the axle. The OEM y pipe is pretty restrictive plus the new y pipe eliminates post o2 cats which is bueno.

URD Y pipe came in early. We have a bday party in 2 hours. Let’s see how I can make a 30 min install take 6 hours.

What we bumping??? No noticeable sound change btw. And no CEL. The o2 sensors are before the last cats so any CEL would be from potato install (I’m a master potato)

so the y deletes secondary cats, has a extra spot for a wide band? Sensor. Mandrel bent. No crush oval double walled crossover. It’s a nice piece considering it’s for a v6 lol

Crow does this because he’s bored and doing nothing. Hasn’t figured out that the weekends have really light traffic because people are out wheelin
