Exactly. I put about 30 beers in ours and then cycle warm ones in as I take cold ones out. Until I get drunk and forget to put warm ones in. Then in the morning I ‘oh shit’ and stick 15 warm beers in there, making the fridge overwork and freeze my salad lettuce. Goddammit

Sounds about right.

I try to at least move the cold ones onto the food once there's room so I can put warm ones on the bottom before I forget.

Hello,
I have been around four wheeling/rock crawling for quite a while, always helping my friends just never had a rig of my own until about a year and a half ago. I have a 2001 4runner, just recently put a 3 inch lift on. Haven't had much for time to go and play yet not counting the fires we had down here. I don't plan on doing much heavy rock crawling mostly, mostly roaming on trails and some light to medium rock crawling. 20180806_142650.jpg

Welcome aboard. You definitely found the right place to get ideas and see what's next for your rig. We all started out mild at some point and eventually the hobby itself will tell you which way to go next.

What’s up fuckers.

I like rule number 1 and don’t actually own an IFS rig unless you count the FRS. Which is also IRS, so there. Suck it.

My wife however owns a Tundra that we’ve been working on and playing with for about 4 years. Fast desert, slow rocks, trail gang bangs, or 3,000 mile solo trips - we don’t care as long as it’s in the dirty dirt and involves lots of beer and bad decisions.

I’ve wheeled with some of you, want to wheel with more of you, and may send random dick pics to all of you (not my dick of course, just some random).

I organize Tundras to Sedona which is kinda like FJ Summit for Tundras. It’s five days of camping and wheeling in and around Sedona. Earlier this year we had about 110 Tundras in the dirt which was pretty fuckin cool.

We usually ‘overland’ (Jesus strike me down for using that word with a straight face) with a little band of idiots we call the Speed Glampers Uberfahrt. We like to Go Fast, Be Comfortable, and Cross Over Land. Think amateur desert racing wannabes with hot showers every night at camp and borderline gourmet meals.

I’ll see if the Uberfahrts wanna come play on this forum. We’re mostly Tundras, but open to any platform who wants to wheel aggressively for days on end, act like fuckin retards, get lost, and just have fun with no butthurt. Odds are decent they’ll like it here because some of them have already been banned from Tundras dot com far various lengths of time.

We lived in AZ until last week when we drove to Ohio to live for a few years. Hoping to find some good wheeling in the Midwest and east coast. At a minimum we plan to drive through Canada to Newfoundland and hit the easternmost part of North America.

Let’s wheel dude! One of our SGU guys recently moved to Kansas City.

We’ve done some shit to Lisa’s truck (nicknamed Komodo by our buddy when we committed to mid travel and 37s instead of LT).

I may do some tech or build threads here for the more interesting shit, but the build log is pretty much gonna live on Tundras dot com because it’s too fuckin long to move (much like this post - someone shut me up already).

That's a pretty damn cool Tundra!! It's cool to see a full size rig actually wheel and have a no fucks given attitude. And you like beer, so you'll fit in great over here. :beerscheers:

Go ahead and bring you tundra buddies over here. We can definitely use some of their tech info. I plan to get a Tundra soon as a tow rig, but I'd really love to fit a set of Tundra axles under my 4Runner.

Thanks!

A Runner on Tundra running gear would be dope.

If we can snag enough Tundras in here we can start a full-size sub forum.

Thanks man! We’ll have to get out wheeling the next time we’re back in AZ or CA. Just moved to Ohio and it’s kind of funny here - no one seems to know what to think of our truck since it’s not on a 8” bracket lift and blowing diesel smoke everywhere. :puking:
Everyone probably thinks YOU are the douchbag up there. Even though down here we know that THEY are the douchebags with the huge bracket lifts hahaha

@4runner DOA I think it’s time to add a tundra section

Sweet truck! That 5.7 behind long travel must be fun.
