Not disappointed at all slim. The fact that you realize that you are coming up a little short is good thing. I am sure that you will make it up when you can. Happy New year Slim.

That's allot slim. I was just going to say "eat less salads"

Without ambitious goals, there are no ambitious results.

you got a lot of work to do
I love your candidness it is very refreshing. My goal this year is to less of a cunty bitch, damn Herculean task that shall be as I have less than 10.5 hours to accomplish it.
Next year, it is to let things go, and realize I can not cure stupidy with out killing the host in the process.

whenever I meal prep I usually grill everything on Sunday. I’ll grill up a tritip, couple chicken breasts one seasoned, one bbq, Sriracha-teriyaki chicken thighs.
the tritip I’ll either make sandwiches with or eat straight up with fresh veggies.
same with the chicken breast. The thighs I’ll make sticky rice that morning or the night before.

i vac pack the meats and freeze them until the night before then I’ll just toss what I’m gonna eat in the fridge.
Man that is a good idea. The problem for me is I hate cooking. And the older I get the more spoiled I get with my wife's great cooking. I need to see if she is willing to do something like that for me lol. She likes to cook, so might as well have her cook a big meal and divide it up into the week for me.

It all depends on my work. I f I can take six months off then I'll be at the gym or on the mtb trails every day. That should get me back to 190 ish range. Still not going to eat salads though. The only salad I like is in my tacos and Burger's.

I listen to a lot of Sabbath and could give two shits about Ghandi. I'm going to take Danny's advice and keep being me. I like me in me's current form. Life's good.

I think that’s where people fuck up with prepping.
they sort out entire meals and get bored extremely fast and or anticipate what they’re going to eat and decide early on they will skip the unappealing meal.
having choices as well as being able to be slightly spontaneous with your sides keeps the excitement of “what am I going to have for lunch” alive.
find what works for you, I found my plan and when I actually do it, it lasts well into the following week.
