Worked nights for 4+ years but had to go back to an afternoon shift. Worked a 7 on 7 off rotation and the weeks on were great and no problem staying up. It was the week off that was the problem the older I got. I was not very social cause I was most productive from about 3AM-noon, than I just wanted to sleep or watch porn!
