"bubububut the OTHER SIDE!"
And what would be your argument for the other side. They want to raise capital gains tax higher then what it was under Obama. They want to raise taxes(with the current model of the front runner warren i would be taxed at almost 34 percent(24% under the new trump tax cuts) income higher then that under Obama. They want to rid my family’s private health care which we pay 400 bucks a month for full family coverage, under the the other side I would most likely be paying double that a month for my “free” health care. They want to “buy back” our firearms that they have never owned, as well as ban semi automatic firearms. So yea to me the lesser of two evils is trump.

I mean, to be fair, the fucking idiot y'all put in charge hasn't exactly been a stellar guy to get behind.

And that could be said of the last. . .

How many has it been since Reagan cut the legs out from the middle class?

It's not your fault. Everything will be ok. No everyone can handle all that syrup.

Convincing Americans that they shouldn't have to choose between a shit sandwich and a turd burrito is such an uphill battle.

Read my sig brother. There's a few other quotes I enjoy along those lines.

"Beware of the man who works hard to learn something, learns it, and finds himself no wiser than before," Bokonon tells us. "He is full of murderous resentment of people who are ignorant without having come by their ignorance the hard way." --Kurt Vonnegut

“Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.” --Mark Twain

“The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits." --Albert Einstein

“Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.” --Martin Luther King Jr.

Grandfather was a democratic state senator in NY for 30 years, father is the regional Democratic Party chairman in NY. I understand both sides of the arguments and I vote with my wallet

I think I'm paraphrasing @AssBurns here when I say,
I don't have to like the government in order to love my country.

I know you're just a shit stirring troll fest, but come on.
Didn’t hear that from me lol. Without the government there wouldn’t be a country to love. That’s the ideal goal. (It’ll never happen. I understand that.) I like to think of it as “you don’t have to like your government has to love your neighbors, friends, fellow citizens”. It has nothing to do with our country. I just want everyone to be free, not just the people within our borders.

I still think the USA is the best country in the world, but doesn’t mean I blindly support it by any means. I support the good things and I resent the bad things our country does (and boy is there a lot of things I resent). I won’t ever pledge my allegiance to a flag.
