Put a hitch on that's good for more weight than the vehicle is.

Drill your own holes, cut shit to fit if you're dealing with a hitch that isn't for the truck you have. . .

Some dumb shit has happened out there, friend.
Not saying this guy did that, though.
Skippy, if the hitch was put on all cattywampuss, the HITCH would fail, or the rear of the frame. An improperly installed hitch would not cause the frame to fail at or near the back of the cab.

And....you could put a fifth wheel on the fucking Heep, and as long as you didn't overload the rear axle weight, it still wouldn't break the frame.
Overloading is one thing, but has fuck all to do with putting a Class IV hitch on a Fiat

Yes yes we get it, old man angry, old man yell at cloud.

Or the rear of the frame could be strong enough to handle it but the upturn section from cab to box (where some.pickup frames go from boxed to 4 corner open channel) could fail. It happens.

Ford had that kind of bent frame issue happen on early Raptors due to poor shock placement given potential loads. That could be this too, although given the wheelbase vs box length it's unlikely.

*Shrug* could be lots of things

But, I haven't driven in Caliornia, so I'm not all knowing about everything. Since driving in California makes you magically know everything.

It's a fully boxed frame, and it looks like that bend point is right about where it S curves up. That's always a weak spot, and its also where both control arms and the shock attaches.

I think it's less "that's a weak spot" and more "thats where the force is all concentrated"

You missed Danny getting all mad cause he didn't like that someone who hasn't driven somewhere had an opinion on something which was logical.

Indoor: we aren't sensitive. Until we are.

AAAAANYHOOZLE,
@Arcticelf were your suspicions about your compressed length confirmed?

I wasn't mad. I just got tired of your mouth running. How was the gay porn?
