Solo exploring got gnarly when I ran a few trails that are not for solo missions.

Started pretty chill

Blew a bead - then realized I took the QuickStart out of the truck so I can’t just reseat it with ether...fuck.

Ended up getting it seated. Aired it up then back down. Kept goin since I had come down some shit I couldn’t go up easily.

This is why I bring 3 snatchblocks. Had to use two to save me own ass. Pulled the rear end over and out of this rut I was headed toward. Going into it would have been real gay

And somehow made it out.
The look on the dog's face in the back seat says it all"what the fuck did you get us into now" lol. Looks like a good outing.

Added a bracket to the shock mount for style points.

Hit the diff covers with paint and the rear housing too. They lookin good

I need to measure the rear axle on my truck for pinion angle, and spring perch width. Then I can start tacking some bracketry.

Bummed to see this SAS
1. Who the fuck says that

2. What if I put it on kings, fox’s, ori’s, and icons?? All at the same time obviously.

3. Thinking of running a triple triangulated independent 3 leaf link cantilever trailing arm system. With Bilsteins. Would that smooth things over between you and I?

4. Who says that.

@Airdog is running icon fronts with king secondaries, he missed the ball to put foxes on the rear when he long traveled it. Haha

We’ve all seen a ton of cool SAS’s. I like solid axle vehicles but I wanna see something new. Like 1 ton IFS with long travel front and rear. Something that can haul ass and still have plenty of strength to crawl the hard trails.

Basically, I wanna see some ingenuity.

That’s a damn cool idea. But that’s not what I need.
