I’ve been watching the weather. It looks like there’s been some rain mixed in there, so who knows if it’s gonna be any good. Last weekend was pretty cool in a couple spots, but you have to be at pretty high elevation to find anything good.

Went to Moab. Got home and work got so goddamn busy. 70-80 hour weeks. Traveling from state to state. one flight after another. I think I'm slowly dying. My truck is hasn't even been unloaded from Moab.

I just need the rain to stop long enough for me to drain my gear oil and pull my 3rd member off the 4runner so I can swap it in the garage and let the rtv dry before I slap it under the rig.

This weekend should be dry enough .. use a portable heater to dry the paint
Not that worried about the paint, it's just going to get scraped off on rocks eventually, mostly just not getting wet while pulling the 3rd. I have to disassemble the ebrakes on both axle shafts because those needs to get swapped over and that's a royal pain in the ass too.
If it's not one thing it's another. Pipes were making noise this morning when I got out of the shower, clanking around and shit, so I figured I'd take a look in the attic when I got home tonight. My mom calls me and tells me the water heater is leaking all over the garage. Hoping it's just the connector where the water flows in. I had issues with it when I flushed it a couple years ago but it hasn't leaked since. Either way headed to Home Depot in a couple hours to pick up washers and CLR. Might as well flush it again while I have it all apart and cleaning that side of the garage up. My boss was just hassling me about my remaining time off for the year so half day it is today.
My truck will be down for months cause i cant drive stick till im healed. Sucks so bad. Hopefully i can get out and ride passenger with the homies when i get a little better.
You're welcome to come cruise NYE. The usual run. You know where. Should be mellow enough for you with a fucked up arm. I'll be breaking in the new shocks.
Ill keep that in mind for sure.

Yea mines making noise now too ... last time we hear that noise the neighbors water heater burst and cause us damage we had to pay ourselves
I'm hoping it's just hot water running through cold pipes or maybe there's air in the system because it's leaking at the water inlet. I'll find out shortly.

Possibly. I haven't figured out where I'm going to be for Christmas and new years yet. But i'll need a break from all this work by then for sure. I really want to go back out to Johnson Valley one more time before hammers.
I want to as well, but my schedule is getting booked very quick and hammers is coming quick too. Speaking of that, @4Running Daily how is the build going? Lot of work and very little time.
