I work with a guy that needs work done in a house he just bought. One guy came out and gave him a good price but said he couldn’t start working until next summer!

My buddy Johnathan Sotelo is a GC and owns Bear Construction. He's based out of San Bernardino, but Jurupa Valley isn't that far.

Anyone know anything about the lemon law? My certified pre owned truck blew its transmission after 2000 miles . Dealership is playing games now and has had it for over a week with no uodates

Should have had some sort of warranty if it's certified. How many miles on the truck and what year is it? Might still be under the initial drivetrain warranty.

2018 with 40k miles.. it's still under factory but they won't give me an update. That's what pisses me off
