Poor kiddo. Full cast even? Hard part is gonna be getting that arm straight again once she's healed. Hope she heals up quick and the arm gets back to normal even quicker.

So I thought I was done with all this studying…
I forgot about my continued education licensing renewal that has to be done before 02/05. Super lame. If the DRE wasn’t so backed up I could take my brokers license test before then and not have to do both. Unfortunately the DRE is 6 weeks out just to process my application before I can schedule my exam, then who knows when the next available exam date/location is. Hoping I don’t have to drive up to Fresno or Sacramento or some dumb shit to take the earliest available date. Then it’s another 8 weeks or so to get my license associated with the corporation properly.

Found a place here in HB just down the street from me and after talking to him first, I felt very sure with my gut feelings that he was being very honest with me.

Anyways, if all goes well, I SHOULD have my baby girl back in a few weeks depending on parts availability and such.

Don't know if any of you had tried this before, but it is Doritos Nacho Cheese chips with Tostitos Cheese sauce, microwaved so that it is heated up, and then pico de Gallo is scattered across the top after it is heated.

Anyways, tastes really good as kind of a poor man's nacho chips.

I had forgotten that I also had some "Frito Lay Hot Bean Dip".

Today's Bachelor's Recipe for yummy yummy Nachos is:
-Doritos Nacho Cheese chips
-Tostitos Cheese Sauce
-Frito Lay Hot Bean Dip
-Pico de Gallo

Cooking instructions:
Combine the ingredients by spreading chips on a microwave safe plate, lightly layer the chips with cheese sauce, and lightly layer the bean dip across the top.

NOTE: layering the cheese first is found to be the better option as the cheese melts better into the chips

Place in microwave oven on HIGH for about 1min 30sec. (NOTE: using a 1000W microwave oven works very well).

Remove from the microwave and Sprinkle Pico de Gallo across the top or use as a dip.

NOTE: be careful as it maybe a little HOT as soon as removing from microwave
