2.5" coilovers do help make the truck more stable so you can get away with ditching the swaybar.
Yeah, nothing much is really going to change other than the bumper and just that winch just to haveYou might not have as much sway since you have a lighter front end and are lower to the ground that most of us. With added weight it becomes far more noticeable.
That's what I plan on getting too.2.5" coilovers do help make the truck more stable so you can get away with ditching the swaybar.

My only question, when it is said "2.5in", what is 2.5in? The center shaft?
Have a fun trip. What desert you hitting up? Stay dry. When your shitbox is still down but you're tired of missing out on desert season, you bring the other shitbox out. I can't believe I fit all this shit in and on top of the 4runner. Six foot bed almost full and that's not even what I usually take.

First off, THANK YOU for that video. I just finished watching Part 1. Damn there's a lot to learn. With 2" lift or less you can probably run a sway bar. The only place a sway bar is going to impede you is true rock crawling.
Easiest way to find out is remove it for a few weeks and DD + run a few trails

Burrrrr!Chilitown. We should be good, 29 palms isn't showing any rain although it looks like we may get nailed along the way home Sunday. Taking an old coworker and some of his friends out to do some shooting.

Bummer.Sooooo, I'm under my truck to temp remove my KC lights and notice the telltale signs of "flung grease" (a.k.a. CV boots... both driver/passenger)!!!
With that said, I plan on rebuilding my CV boots, I've done it before, not that hard of a job, but very messy.
Anyways, what are decent CV boots that I can buy? I know there are ones that tend to "snap" pretty easy, but I forget which brand/manuf to stay clear of?
Burrrrr!
Stay safe!
The diff drop, the most useless mod in the Toyota IFS community@Octanejunkie JESUS H I'm REALLY liking that YT channel "Tinkerer's Adventure"!!!
There is SO MUCH to take in though, but I am learning a little bit at a time.
