Also FYI for anyone that cares. I’m in my own hotel room in Detroit. Which means no kids coming into my bed in the middle of the night, which means I get to comfortably sleep naked all night like the good ole days before kids.

Anyone have offroading plans for memorial day weekend? That'll probably be the first chance I have to get out again with the truck in good enough condition to finish a trail. Looking forward to doing the dishpan/holcomb/John bull to see how much easier they are on 37s.

@theesotericone not sure if you missed my post or not, but sounds like the point has been missed on what happened. I get where you are coming from on the ban thing, but at what point do we let people keep going when they are blatantly trying to cause issues and keep making dupe accounts. @4runner DOA did it to put an end to things. It could have just grown into a bigger clusterfuck than it already was. They wouldn’t respond to PM’s. They had the opportunity to ask questions before going public with misinformation but instead they wanted to stir the pot. It wasn’t just about information he wasn’t supposed to have. I personally don’t give a shit who new that info. It’s the way he went about doing it that made it an issue, not the transparency.Alright just to be clear on what happened here since the issues obviously got missed. We setup our vendor agreement to have a $400 fee for official vendors for the year. We were giving it to the first vendors for free since they were here since the beginning. We even said we would be doing things as an as we go basis. We said we would be doing a hefty discount on the fee (100% discount to the first vendors). We would then look into decreasing the discount if the forum took off and increased their sales.
Well they didn’t read anything and thought we were going to charge them full pop. They didn’t even respond to our PM at all. They just created fake accounts and blasted all kinds of stuff that wasn’t entirely true. Sure the vendor agreement says $400 for the year but no way we are charging anyone that right now. That’s just what we would hope to start earning if we ever take off. That money goes to things like our software costs, hosting costs, domain costs, and as we get into actually having some sort of profit instead of loss, then we’d start doing giveaways to our forum members. We aren’t doing this to make money. We are doing this because it’s fun and we want a cool place to hang out and do cool shit. All we are trying to do is make this a better place for all of us.
Now what @snivilous did was take only a piece of information and blast it publicly to make us look bad. @4runner DOA gave him a 1 week ban to keep him off the forum for a bit because he was being a douchebag. Yes he was being a douchebag. If they had an issue, why not respond to our PM?
Now I don’t completely agree with the ban because of the reasons you stated before, but I’m not going to say that @snivilous didn't deserve it.
And for the gay ass TW mods that like to come troll here. Fuck em, let them come here. Nobody likes them anyways so they won’t stick around very long. And if they do, the. Who the fuck cares. Either we as a group will push them out or they will get the point and fit in.
