Oh I like 5.11 stuff. I used to wear it all the time. May go back to it as im tired of having jeans wear out so quickly.

I pay 20 bucks for a pair of jean from target. I wear them until I get grease on them then I'll use them as work pants. My current pair of work pants are 3 years old and don't have any holes in them. They just replaced my last pair that has holes in the knees, but now I have 2 pairs. Pair before that I got 5 years out of before my fat ass ripped a hole in the crotch.

Seriously I was sad when my last pair finally disintegrated because it meant I had to kill a pair that I liked wearing. I've got like 3 pairs of shorts I rotate through when it's warmer.

Their durability is pretty good from what I’ve experienced so far. Fit is excellent and comfort is almost as good as Blackhawk

Carhartt bro. Double knee is the only way to go. I get mine from Sierra Trading Post for 22 bucks a pair delivered.
Here's a pro tip. Never buy shorts. Eventually, even double knee pants wear through if you actually work for a living. Once they do, cut the legs off and convert them to shorts. If you get real fancy you can even hem them so cotton threads don't get fucking everywhere. lol

Waistband too tight. Always have to get them a size over my typical size. Then I have to shorten them for my midget ass or I step on the heel all day.
