It’s all bullshit. There’s https://www.healthgrades.com/
But I don’t know how much I believe anything online anymore
I see that with wholesale lenders I work with. Since I’m a broker, I work with a lot of different lenders. I’ll have borrowers call me and ask to switch lenders because they had bad reviews. He almost cancelled on me because I wouldn’t switch him. Finally I explained to him that those reviews are from people that have problems and don’t understand things (usually missed payments or supplemental tax bills. Or mortgage forbearance right now). Nobody goes online For reviews because their mortgage servicer is doing a good job accepting their monthly payment.

He's a little one. My son was a week early and he ended up 6lb 13oz. Get all the pictures you can for the next couple years. My kid was a camera whore, now he wants nothing to do with it.

Yeah he was 3 weeks early for high blood pressure reasons. If he would have stayed in he might have been 2 foot tall lol. Came out at 18.5in. Might be a giraffe like his old man

So the first few years it’s going to be all numbers. Every time you go in for the next set of shots there’s height, weight, head circumference etc. it’s fun to keep track in a baby book but don’t get too caught up in it. Usually by age 5 kids have all caught up to each other. The important things right now are nutrition and reading to the kid. Even before the toddler stage read stuff to him. Doesn’t have to be baby books, I was reading the hobbit to a 2 month old because I was bored with baby books. The main thing is to engage him as much as possible and get him used to speech.

sign language should be their first language. My cousins did this and were having conversations before the kid could even meek out anything decipherable verbally.
