I just had a fat ass carne asada burrito from the carniceria across the street.
Had a mesquite smoked chicken breast and avocado sammich. Fucking delicious.

how? It’s crustless. Im regulating carbs and sugar intake. I’m not punishing myself with a strict ass diet.
Basically what I’m doing is a modified freestyle Keto, minus all the meat and butter.
mostly salads and some proteins.
I’m at 214 today so it’s been working for me pretty well.
Fuckit, if it's working, keep doing it. I have to worry about blood sugar and cholesterol. Should really go get my blood work done to see where I'm at.

I also didn’t eat it right away so probably why it felt like there was so much cheese.
You ate the whole thing in one sitting? If you did that’s why you shat yourself. I only eat half at a time. Granted there is only a two hour gap between the halves.

I’m shitting because I got tired of only drinking water and bought iced tea bag’s to make unsweetened iced tea and have been drinking like 32oz a day of that shit a day all week lmao

Doing good. Grandma was only there for the night and grandpa came home this evening. Had the blood transfusion last night and is feeling much better. He's on oxygen, but he's home and feeling better. Grandma was up and about today prepping for gramps to get home. So far so good
