missing beer cans and oil stained concrete....looks staged.
I work on the rocks if it is a messy job. Plus I rarely drink. I'd for sure be better at wrenching if I had those qualities.
Is that a Hobart 140 or something different?
holbart 187. built this whole truck and everything I've made.

Cash-out refi? If so, that’s about average from what I’ve been working with.
On rate and term refi’s I’ve been able to typically stay between 2.75-3.00%
on cash-out it depends a lot on credit score and loan-to-value but usually in the low to mid 3’s.

Adding $80k to my mortgage but paying off a heloc, and all other debts. Saving about $1k a month and dropping my DTI below 35%

got an email today. After meeting employment verification stipulations, they’re still trying to reverify what they’ve verified 3 times already.

I’m waiting for a phone call and I’m going to tell them We bought a new car and I quit my job so they can pull out on the loan.

So today was my second day back in the office. Man I feel so much more productive here versus at home. Like I actually feel caught up on things which is a great feeling. Almost feels weird, like I should be doing something or scrambling to get something done.
I love the office. And I’m not allowed in if not actually teaching. “If you don’t have to be here, stay home” is the basic policy until further notice.
