Can a shop add resis to non resi Icon coil overs. Really hate my icons at the moment

Might just need a rebuild.

Edit: call icon or accutune.

Why do you think a resi will fix the problem??? Are you having overheating issues???

They ride pretty stiff on the streets, I’m feeling every bump in the front end now. I doubt resis will help in that, but yea they overheat when wheeling all day in the desert

How often should they be rebuilt? It’s been maybe 15k since the last one

Depends how hard you are on them honestly. I think I did my icons at 45kish, dunno how many were on the ADS when I did them.

I rebuild every other year or at least new oil. Icons do leak often.

My icons did not feel great. Lots of nose dive. Stopped by ADS and they topped off the nitrogen charge. The fronts where not at 150

Of course they weren’t at 150. Icon charges theirs to 250.

Yes you can add resi's. They aren't always necessary but yes you can add them.

Big picture is it probably doesn’t matter. The pressure is more to prevent cavitation at high shaft speeds. If 150 works on kings no reason it wouldn’t work at 150 on icons.
