So I’m having a shitty day. How’s everyone?

Still alive. Dunno what the fuck I did to my back but man I've been in pain this week. Better today, hopefully I can stand long enough to start working on your rear shocks tomorrow.

Well bro, life as you can read?
Guess it's time for us to get together and bullshit and do what we used to do!
:beerscheers:
When? Peeps?
And where?
HAHAHA, the way it's been going for me, my truck is going to F'N RUST where it sits!!! :deadbanana:

What's so F'N STUPID is when I'm being told to get a short block rebuilt... Well, if my engine has to be removed anyways and all that is left to replace for my engine at this point is the crank and associated bearings, I'd MUCH RATHER keep my original engine instead of getting a rebuilt where the guarantee of nothing going wrong a few thousand down the line is actually a bigger risk in the end with a rebuilt. I feel 100% confident that my whole upper half (i.e. cylinders, pistons, compression rings, oil rings, intake/exhaust valves, etc etc etc) is in really good shape due to my compression readings and what the plugs looked like when I did my examination of my engine and compression test!!!

The only thing left to do is the F'N CRANK!!! So if my engine needs to get pulled anyways, why not just redo the crank? LC Engineering sells OEM cranks for my 3RZ-FE as well as the bearings. I buy those parts and for a shi* ton cheaper than a short block!!! Why TF would I risk getting an unknown engine risk factor with a rebuilt???

I would likely actually save quite a bit of money going that route. It's finding someone or a legit place/shop to do the work. I had someone from TW, not gonna mention the sceen name, but they FLAKED on me and I kept telling the guy I was even going to pay AND I would be more than willing to lend a hand. I can do my own brakes, suspension, exhaust, etc etc etc... So I'm mechanically pretty capable.

Pull the motor and have a performance shop give it love to stock specs. The lower is pretty bomb proof as long as it hasn't been starved of oil.

Selling pelfreybilt hybrid bumper with smittybilt10k winch. Control box mounts rusted and b3oke off. I just rigged it up with a hose clamp. Let me know if anyone interested. Its got a dent on front and winch plate is bent. Still looks good.
