He made the pilot fly in those conditions .. in my eyes he killed them all
Made? Lol
Pilot is the captain and calls the shots. If the pilot didn’t want to fly, then he would have landed. Also ATC allowed them to keep flying in those conditions. There were many decisions made that day that weren’t the best, but you can’t directly blame a passenger for that crash. That’s just ignorant

Please you really believe he wasn't forced to fly in those conditions. He has a famous passenger who needed to get somewhere and who doesn't understand the meaning of the word no... ( rape charge) pretty sure it wasn't the pilots idea to fly

Koby did

I was going to keep the peace but fuck it. Kobe did suck. Not sure why people praise sports trash like gods. It's not your team and they don't know you.
People have to look up to someone in their lives sometimes for inspiration. Not sure why sports people catch so much flak for their opinions or actions over others aside from having visibility. Eddie Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Kid Rock, or Tom Petty have an opinion about something or do something that people see: "Fuck yeah! Those guys know what they're talking about! They're living their lives, man!" Any sports personality: "Loser! They can't tell me how to think! What a dip shit!" They don't know you, either.

Gotta look up to that sexual assault ball player for inspiration. Only those that truly helped the world should be looked up to and none of them are rock stars or are in sports. I have more respect for a vehicle mechanic that is honest than a ball player or rock star.

Ball player praising must be were that inspiration to riot in the city comes from.

I definitely don’t look up or get any sort of inspiration from celebrities or athletes. But he also definitely didn’t suck at what he did, and I’m sure none of us here could do what he did. Would I love to be able to play baseball or basketball professionally and get paid like they all do, hell yeah I would. Other than that, it’s people who seem to just talk out of their ass to trash the athletes or celebrities which actually comes off as some kind of hate or jealousy rather than actual facts.

Kobe’s legacy with LA is a complicated one. He basically demanded to play for a large market, raped a girl (cornholed) in Colorado (with subsequent apology ring to his wife), threatened to leave during contract disputes/negotiations, and then gave back to the community because someone advised him that his legacy will be shit even with five rings

I know he wasn’t a saint, which is why I’m not defending him in that aspect. Which is also why I said I don’t look up to him or any athlete like that. If anything it’s just looking up to his or any pro athlete’s athleticism. But whatever, I’m not trying to go back and forth, or change anyone’s perspective. Just simply like to point out how people are so quick to call him trash or make assumptions how it’s HIS fault that they all died, including his daughter.

What kind of turn arounds are you seeing for refi’s right now?
Just depends on the file and type of refi. For the most part, I've been able close most of my files in 30 days or less. I've had a few take well over that but that was due to some issues we had to work around.
