Firstly I really like the SPC Upper Control Arms compared to uniball uppers. These have more misalignment, sealed & greasable, and they are easy to dial in your alignment. They are also quiet and low maintenance.
So I’ve finally ran into my first issue with them. The rubber bushings wore out on the outside ends of the mounting points, giving it room for for the UCA to basically slide on the pivot point. So I’m thinking to myself now “what should I do?”. I’m sure SPC will help me out with the warranty side of things, but I don’t want to have this happen again. I’m thinking maybe just make some 3/16” washers to slide in there to keep it from ever moving again.
Thoughts?
