Hi gentlemen!
I am in a quandary :(
My 6112/5160 set up on the Tundra is feeling inadequate due to the amount of crap on the Tundra at all times speed bumps at the mall suck, anything above a washboard road is teeth loseing (they worked great for the first 30K) . I have been looking at the heavy duty Dobisons set up and the I would guess equivalent Ironman set up. I am not sure which to pick as all the reviews appear to be sponsor biased. The ironman setup appears to be a bit more budget friendly, I think both are made in China, the reviews on Bob's Tundra board appear to be love or hate for both. I hate spending money twice, would prefer not to spend it a third time.
Thank you guys!

Buy once cry once. Put the overlanders love child kings on order, get some rear air bumps for it, call it a day.

A good set of coilovers from the big 4 companies is probably the best option. (King, Fox, Icon, ADS) All of them are good, pick a color and be happy.

But they’ll need rebuilding which is another thing to throw in the mix

@Migraine how many miles did you get on the bilsteins?
I am at 34K on them +/- installed them at 2K right after I did the ARB summit bumper, did them in June 2019. They worked well until we started to take some rougher trails, if we did not have 300+ on the front end would have lasted longer, the leafs in the rear are flat now and heading for a negative arch, it is the springs more than the shocks.

Thought about them, just need heavy springs the truck is heavy. It is just money right? Not looking forward to spending it again.

I went through 3 sets of shocks, and 4 coils before I was happy, and I still ended up tuning the shocks because the driving got more aggressive. Get something rebuildable and tunable. Eventually you'll find that happy spot. Still need to work out the kinks on my rear shocks but I like the way the front tune feels.

We just need the Tundra not to bottom out, we have a 2022 $Runner Pro on order, and have the 1996 project $Runner. We have found the Tundra too large for a lot of the Trails around the Puget Sound, it is great for hauling a boat or trailer, loading with a ton of camping gear. I also take it places where it should not go, rock slider and a winch are awesome (need to re monster line the sliders) I have a 2015 Accord coupe, however, the Tundra is our daily driver despite 13 mpg down hill with a tail wind.

Ah in that case put the kangs/fox/ads (fuck icon) on order now for the 2022 runner and put whatever shocks and leafs you need for the tundra to get by for now. Last I heard ADS was still shipping pretty quick for the standard shocks but king and fox, well, you'll have the runner before they show up.

Any retailers/sellers that you like? I hate not knowing where to buy from... This is outside of my ball park :(

Mcmfab typically deals with ADS or you can call them direct and maybe work out a deal. Otherwise @Itaro covered the basics though those are socal vendors. I really don't pay attention these days.
