I haven't yet, they are still waiting to go on. Just finished up my front end. Have to replace the rear main seal now and carrier bearing again, debating on running a one piece driveshaft instead. Then it's time to get in the rear and re seal the third and install the hangers and shackles and decide if i'm going to a 12" or 14" shock and decide on a shock relocate kit or custom. Running the all pro expo springs currently and have been very happy with them
Damn. That's a laundry list.

Trying to get some info on the right shackles for my Dakar pack. I am reading all kinds of threads about clearance issues with just about all the available aftermarket ones paired with OMEs, definitely worse with AALs. Might be SOL...

Are you wanting to do a shackle flip? Or just a beefy shackle hanger and keep it inverted?

Looking into options now. I didn't jack up the truck today and look, but I'm hearing a thunk occasionally from the rear when flexed. I'm guessing the leaf pack is contacting/rubbing the shackle based on what I'm reading. Was hoping there might be a better and stronger aftermarket option for this. Don't know if a flip kit or new hanger is necessary for what I do though. Still want to keep them highway manners. Prob gonna throw in the AAL, crank up the front CO's to match and call it good for the time being.

Stay away from the flip kits. A clunk could be a number of things, doubt its it's a shackle thing though. With stock shackles and hangers I would be really surprised if your making contact
The sound is coming from the rear end, just need to pin-point it. Not sure if it only happens when loaded or not. We'll see this week. Thanks for the info though
