Straight from Gyna, got my $99 Woodpeckers clone parallel guide aligned. Holy shit, it’s accurate. This is going to go nice with my $50 Gyna rail square.

It looks like they fixed the markings since I saw the original review on it. That makes me happy. Earlier versions didn’t have the side scale and you had to add 200mm to the scale markings. This version is spot on.
Made a little progress on the workbench over the past week or so. Got a coat of clear on it, put the miter track in for the sliding top, and a T-track in the front for clamping. On the other side I got the router switch installed with a j-box and a plug on the other side to plug the router into and maybe a vacuum. This box only came with a 4-hole plate so I’ll have the 3D print a blank plate or something. Switch is too deep to put another plug in there. We’ll see what I come up with. About time to close up the router compartment and get a top on it.

Essentially the same saw I have. It will serve you well. Awesome miter saw.Keeping up with the @Stairgod. Not that it’s a competition or anything. Stuck with 2x18 since that’s what I started with.
